Description

Taichi standing and moving meditation to bring awareness and relaxation to our bodies so that we can accept life as it’s happening around us.

This class is designed for beginners with no experience, and those who have done taichi for years or even decades will still reap the benefits of this class.

We will begin with bringing awareness and relaxation to the entire body, one part at a time.

Then we will bring awareness to our breath.

Once we’re fully relaxed, we will begin to move and add intention to our movements.

This class is a great precursor to further embodiment work, exploration of emotions, or just a great way to start a relaxing day.
